Noedal is a regulatory SaaS platform that helps cosmetics manufacturers and brands comply with U.S. MoCRA. Please review this policy before completing your payment.

Noedal is a regulatory SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform that helps cosmetics manufacturers and brands comply with the U.S. MoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act). The service charges per cosmetic product and facility registered within the platform and provides compliance automation features including ingredient management, FDA filing generation, and regulatory tracking.
1. Payment and Service Activation
• Users sign up, enter company and regulatory information, and select the number of products and facilities to register.
• The service activates immediately after successful payment.
• Depending on the selected plan (monthly or annual), access to Noedal's compliance workspace begins on the payment date.
• The subscription includes access to MoCRA filing automation, FDA Form 5066/5067 generation, compliance dashboards, and product/facility tracking tools.
• All services are prepaid.
2. Refund Policy
• Before service activation (same-day request): Full refund available.
• After activation: Because compliance functionality and regulatory workspace access are provided immediately, refunds are not available for already delivered periods or functions.
• Within 7 days of automatic renewal, if no service activity has occurred, a refund may be issued upon request.
• Mid-cycle cancellations or deletions are non-refundable. Deleted products or facilities are excluded from the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are processed within five (5) business days via Toss Payments.
3. Add-On and Deletion
• Adding new products or facilities mid-cycle triggers an immediate, non-refundable charge.
• Deleted listings do not trigger refunds but will not renew in the next cycle.
• Deletion requests may require administrative approval before being reflected in billing.
4. Cancellation
• Users may cancel their subscription anytime through the Account Settings page.
• Service access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges occur after cancellation.
• Upon cancellation, access to regulatory management and FDA filing functions will be restricted.
5. Additional Terms
• In cases of technical or payment-related errors that prevent normal service use, refunds may be provided after internal verification.
• All refund and payment inquiries should be directed to support@noedal.com.
• This policy is operated in accordance with Toss Payments merchant requirements and applicable Korean e-commerce regulations.
