This policy covers noedal.com. Cookies are small browser files; local and session storage serve similar purposes. The authenticated app, requested payment/scheduling services and external websites may use their own storage and notices.
Optional analytics is off worldwide until you agree. Refusing it does not prevent access to the website. This site does not currently enable advertising or retargeting tags.
Necessary storage
Noedal uses noedal.cookiePreferences in local storage to remember your decision, policy version and decision time for up to 180 days. Both acceptance and refusal expire on the same schedule. Older choices without the current version or a usable timestamp are not treated as fresh consent.
Language, display preferences and blog navigation state may also be stored to support requested functionality. Some browser storage remains until you clear it; session storage normally ends with the browser session. Security and requested form/checkout flows can use short-lived tokens. These are not an advertising permission.
Optional Google Analytics
If enabled, Google Analytics uses identifiers such as _ga and _ga_<measurement ID> to measure visits. Google receives browser/device and page-event information, including the network information involved in receiving a request. Analytics is not described as fully anonymous.
The website configures analytics cookies with a maximum 180-day lifetime without extending that lifetime on each visit. Google's stored event-data retention is a separate provider setting, not the browser cookie lifetime. Contact us for the setting applicable to a particular reporting period.
This implementation disables advertising signals and ad personalization, omits query strings and fragments from the page location it sends, and excludes checkout routes from analytics. Do not put personal information into a public page path.
Requested third-party services
Booking a meeting can load Cal.com; completing a contact form can load Cloudflare Turnstile; payment flows can load or redirect to Stripe or Toss Payments. These services receive information needed for the action and may process it internationally. Their own notices apply to their independent processing.
A necessary payment or security function does not grant permission for unrelated advertising. External content and future tracking purposes must be assessed before deployment; a setting for a hypothetical future marketing tracker is not valid advance consent.
Changing your mind
Choose Reject optional, Accept analytics, or select Analytics and Save my choices. Both accept and reject are available at the same level. Open Cookie settings from any footer or the button on this page to change your decision.
Withdrawal disables this site's analytics collection and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. It does not undo transmissions already made or erase Google's historical records; contact us to request applicable deletion. Changes are synchronized across open tabs of this origin.
If browser storage is blocked, the choice can apply only to the current visit. Clearing storage, using another browser/device, expiry or a material purpose/version change may require a new choice. A footer setting here does not automatically manage cookies on app.noedal.com or a provider's domain.
Privacy signals and legal basis
Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off for this browser, including when an older stored choice allowed it. No advertising opt-in overrides that signal here. Traditional Do Not Track is not used as a substitute for an explicit choice.
Optional tracking relies on consent where required by ePrivacy rules, GDPR, UK law or applicable Korean requirements. Essential storage is limited to requested functions. International processing and any required Korean transfer disclosure or separate consent must be assessed independently; clicking Accept analytics is not a universal waiver of privacy rights.
Updates and questions
